The Results Factory is a process, that has been carefully designed to bring local partners together to produce the results, or outcomes, that matter most to them.

The Results Factory, provides a creative, welcoming and professional space in which partners (seldom just the usual suspects) can come together to agree on what results they want to achieve.

The Results Factory provides a place and a process to think, talk and act together that:

  1. is simple
  2. based on common sense
  3. uses plain language
  4. produces minimum paper with maximum impact
  5. is useful to citizens, customer, service users, managers, leaders and investors
The Results Factory, Results Based Accountability and Outcome Based Accountability
The inspiration for the Results Factory came from a workshop that I attended with Mark Friedman, author of Trying Hard Is Not Good Enough hosted by Leeds City Council.  The ideas made sense, and I decided that I wanted to offer a process where the ideas could be explored, and used to achieve the results that matter for local people.
